LOVE IS LIFE..........Mwahs! Part 5 - Villamay
As part of my extended birthday celebrations, as I usually do every year (Heh! Heh!), the family members gathered together to celebrate my birthday last weekend and I had chosen to go to to Villamay. It was our first time to Villamay. We all drooled all over when we entered Villamay! It is truly a sanctuary (especially for ladies...and for all romantic couples who are looking for an escapade, a private moment together, to be pampered within the surroundings of such a beautiful and serene and secluded "Villa"....truly a haven!) and our jaws dropped when we saw every corner of Villamay. When we rang Villamay's doorbell, the gate opened automatically and there at the gorgeous entrance stood Sari and Hany to greet us with brilliant smiles on their faces.
This is Villamay's main entrance. There were 9 of us (my siblings and their families) ONLY at Villamay at that time and we felt like VVIPs being treated so nicely like we are regulars there (like as if we have bonded with Hanyta and her entire staff there you know what I mean) and yet they were still professionally about their "servicing" us. We could feel the "personalised treatment" that they gave us.When we first entered, all I could think of was "take pictures....take pictures quick!!" hahaha! The entrance was so lovely (they have this beautiful green crystal chandellier hanging off from the ceiling) and they have lined up so many beautiful burning scented candles on the floor, on each side of the walls at the main entrance. Then when I entered further, I was captivated with what I saw that nestled right in the middle of Villamay. The entire Villamay was filled with beautiful ponds that are built all around inside the villa. And you can hear the beautiful sounds of running water from everywhere...the fountains and the ponds. Got fish somemore! Errr....I really don't know what fish...the ones that the Chinese believe to bring a lot of luck I suppose.

Villamay has many to offer.....from beauty treatments, to boutique, to karaoke, to manicure and pedicure, to F&B. This is its karaoke room and we were told that they can easily take in 40 pax at one time....maybe we can have our next KOK session here huh? *wink wink*
This is MY kitchen.....errrr...not exactly! hahahaha. How I wish that this was my kitchen. This was where we had dined and it was so cosy, you feel like as if you are in your own kitchen and having a nice meal (only it is not!).
Ooooo......another one of my birthday cakes for this year. And yet I'm not putting the kilos where I should. Oh no!
Now this one....if you must know...this is my next year's birthday dress! So, try not to miss my next year's birthday bash huh? The color code for next year will still be baby blue/turquoise okay. But I will try to get a matching pair of shoes of the same color code laaa...I have one year to work on it kan *muka selamba*. Well, as the fashionable, trendy and contemporary women will always say....strut....and flaunt...and slide with the savvy...change with the chic....and blaze with the bold!! Lol.
If you cross over this little "stone slabbed" bridge, you will enter an enchanting courtyard and a Gazebo-like lounge (that is nestled in the middle of Villamay), and surrounded by that intriguing moat that I mentioned earlier that is filled with water and some good luck fish and giving you peaceful sounds of running water (good theraphy for the stressful minds...hahaha). And there are water lilies.....or is it water hycinths?? Well, whatever they may be...the greens in the water are absolutely gorgeous. And got huge "tempayans" somemore!!
This is the entrance of Villamay that I have mentioned earlier. When you enter, you can feel the "richness" of this place....you can almost feel like you are entering into some "dreamland"...because you can already feel the serenity and the peacefulness of the villa plus you can smell the soothing scents that will conquer your entire mind and body. Very nice...very nice.
June said..."hey...we can have our dance party here....the salsa and all!"
This is where you would want to be :) And you wouldn't want to come out....LOL. Well.....I can live with this!! I sure CAN!!!!
June at the gazebo-like lounge....everything is so perfect. The decor is phew! Everywhere we saw butterflies......the entire villa is adorned with beautiful butterfly motifs because it want to reflect the owner's fondness, love and passion for nature's elegance and splendor. Anis will love this place because she also loves butterflies!
So ala "Mediterranean" dont'cha think so? Villamay's landscape is so Mediterranean actually.
I simply love the gazebo looking lounge. I think I can stay here for hours with a nice book. Especially when there is a "first class service" around. LOL
Ahh.....the green crystal chandellier.....nice kan?
One side of the Karaoke room. We didn't check out the karaoke system and all...wasn't in the right crowd *ya know what I mean?*
June and our niece, Aisyah. She always have big smiles on her face all the time. That would be Aisyah.
Another angle of the gazebo lounge. I love the ivory sofas.....remind me a lot of Club Med in Maldives :)
This is D'Papillion Cafe (that is French for butterfly)...where we dined that night. The chef had prepared a very special "customised" menu for us....we had a "fusion" menu...a cross between Western and Malay. Very nice fushion indeed! We really had a wonderful time at Villamay (plus gasping for air most of the time. Phew! Phew! Lol) and I would hope that some day the ladies can hang there for some "escapade" experience.....to detox...to unstress and unwind...in a very extraordinary environment I would think. I felt like as if I had entered into some dreamland...only that it was someone else's dreamland because I think this "dreamland" is TOO RICH for my blood. Muahahahaha!! I am definitely not made for all these pamperings!! But the dreamland was good while it lasted.
Villamay was conceptualised by the owner herself and it takes after her nickname. I love this place as it portrays calmness, peacefulness and a unique serene sense of comfort...a holistic place for the body and mind. The staff there will "let you be on your own, giving you the space you would want simply to enjoy the calmness and serenity".
Villamay reflects the owner's long appreciation of feminity and beautiful things in life as well as her natural talent for creativity. Knowing her...that is what she really is....she is very articulate with "creativity" and she is very artistic.
The only thing lacking that night was that we were all so so "dressed down". Hahahaha.
